End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you (“Player,” “You”) and Stacked Games Ltd. (“We,” “Us,” “Our”), the developer of Gym Bros: LooksMaxx (the “Game”).

By installing, accessing, or playing the Game, you agree to the following terms:

 

1. License Grant

  • You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, revocable license to install and play the Game.

  • You do not own the Game or its code; you only have permission to use it.

  • All rights not expressly granted remain with Us.

 

2. Permitted Use

  • You may create and share non-commercial mods, fan content, and streams/videos of the Game.

  • Commercial use (e.g. selling mods, reselling the Game, or using the Game for business purposes) is prohibited unless you obtain Our written permission.

 

3. Multiplayer & Conduct

  • If you use the Game’s online or multiplayer features, you agree:No harassment, bullying, hate speech, or discriminatory behavior.

  • No cheating, exploiting, or using unauthorized software to alter gameplay.

  • We may suspend or revoke your access at any time for violating these rules.

 

4. Data & Privacy

  • The Game may use server logs and third-party hosting services to operate multiplayer.

  • We do not actively collect personal analytics at this time, but reserve the right to add basic logging or analytics in the future.

  • By playing, you consent to this limited data collection necessary to run the Game.

 

5. Health & Safety

  • VR gaming can cause motion sickness, dizziness, disorientation, or other discomfort.

  • If you experience these effects, stop playing immediately.

  • Play in a safe environment and follow all manufacturer safety guidelines for your VR headset.

 

6. Disclaimer of Liability

  • The Game is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind.

  • We are not responsible for:

    • Physical injury, accidents, or discomfort from playing in VR.

    • Damage to hardware, software, or data arising from installing or using the Game.

  • Your use of the Game is at your own risk.

 

7. Updates & Availability

  • We may update, modify, or discontinue the Game at any time.

  • We are under no obligation to provide ongoing updates, content, or support.

  • Online features and servers may be shut down in the future at Our discretion.

 

8. Donations & Payments

  • Donations via Ko-fi or similar platforms are voluntary support only.

  • Donations do not grant additional rights, content, or benefits in the Game.

  • On future platforms (e.g. Meta Quest, Steam), the Game may be free-to-play or paid, and may include optional cosmetic purchases.

 

9. Governing Law & Age Restrictions

  • This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

  • You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum required by your country for online play) to use the Game.

 

10. Termination

  • We may terminate this Agreement and revoke your license if you violate its terms. Upon termination, you must uninstall and stop using the Game.
